What did I learn? I have learnt how to make a yola site and how to use it to publish my work, which I have made and how to upload it to my yola site. Also I have learnt how to use photoshop to create a front page and contents page for my preliminary task. By being able to create two pre-lim tasks and I have discovered which inventions are most suitable for the two pages. 

What worked well? The things that I think have worked well are that I have tried to color co-ordinate both pages so they have a specific color scheme, for example both pages contain burgundy, black, blue and white. I have tried to make the pages look professional and sophisticated. 

What improvements can I make? The improvements that I could make on both pages are, the front page could make the text more visible, which would make it easier to understand when someone is reading it. The contents page could be improved by adding a editors letter and more features onto the page. 
What skills did I learn? The skills that I learnt whilst producing my pre-lim front cover and contents page include; I learnt how to use photoshop to make two magazine materials and what conventions allow them both to look as proffesional as a well known magazine comapany.
What skills do I need to improve? I could improve my photoshop skills this way I would be able to use more of the tools on photoshop that would help improve how proffesional my front page and contents would look, for example I could experiment with the editing of photos on photoshop. Also I could do some research on current magazines and look at the elements which make them look most proffesional and then take these ideas and use them in my own work.
